Professional Development
Education Services for All works side-by-side with your school’s leaders to identify their specific needs and create a prescribed professional development plan for their professional and support staff in the areas of: accessing instructional materials in the inclusive classroom;identifying and utilizing appropriate assistive technology; writing 504 Service Agreements, Individualized Education Plans, and Gifted Individualized Education Plans; managing caseloads and progress monitoring; gifted support programming, accommodating students within the least restrictive environment, positive behavior support planning, and transition services.
Coaching Services for Professional and Support Staff
Coaching services can build will, skill, knowledge, and capacity. Following professional development sessions, Education Services for All will conduct follow-up support services and coaching for professional and support staff.
Special Education Administration
We specialize in helping our clients manage their special education program. Our administrative services include scheduling and course development, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations for special education, collecting and analyzing data on educational services and outcomes, providing guidance and oversight of the budgets for state and federal special education funds (i.e. Access Billing), facilitating special education meetings, coordinating dispute resolution requirements as required by state and federal regulations, and support through the hiring process.
